A Ministry for College and Young Professionals

Mission Statement: Connecting a community of young adults to pursue a meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ. Meeting people where they are to fellowship together, serve others, and worship Christ in unity.

Tusculum Kenekt is a gathering of adults in their 20s to 40s (married, single, with or without young children) striving to follow Jesus and supporting one another through life. Kenekt intentionally provides opportunities for service, fellowship, mission work, fun activities, and everyday community.

Lots of Opportunities to Connect

Sunday Morning Class
On Sunday mornings after worship, we head to the white portable classroom. We strive to provide a space to learn about God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the Bible, spiritual disciplines, and a variety of other topics relevant to people in our stage of life.
Supper With A Shepherd
Once a month, we gather for a time of food, fun, and fellowship. Hosted by a Tusculum Elder and his wife, this special time of connection includes a short devo and a time of prayer.
TYA Adventure Day
Each month, we go on a fun outing to connect with one another and meet new people. Activities have included: Sounds Games, Lake Day, Symphony Concerts, Nashville SC Games, Bowling, Bonfires, etc.
Retreats
Several times a year, we gather for a weekend or day long prayer retreat where we can grow spiritually and build relationships on a deeper level. This is a focused time of reflection, worship, prayer, and connection.
Dinner and Devo Night
On the first Sunday of each month, we gather at the Mitchells' home for a meal and a devotional. The Mitchells are a key family who supports and helps to lead the Kenekt ministry.
